AdPhone is a freely downloadable software for VoIP calls. Adphon allows users to make free calls over landline phones for a maximum of 30 minutes per day. You have to read the fine print carefully though as it says that the first 2 minutes per call are free and you cannot call the same number for free more than once every 10 minutes. They are able to allow free calls because users view advertisements while calling.
