Truphone has announced version 3.0 of its VoIP enabling software for the Android platform. This latest version allows Android powered handset owners to place free calls to friends using Google Talk or Skype. The service also doubles as a chat client, allowing users to chat with friends on AIM, Google Talk, MSN, Skype, and Yahoo Messenger.
