Why is my intervoipp account has been blocked and I cant buy credit anymore?

i bought 25 euros on poivy account on 28.07.2009 ref/r6026/7281071968 rth/a9g2801nr7oo and bebeficier no.179-6305619-61 b etamax gmbh and co.kg till now i never received anything please do the neccesary for me thanks my a/c no is 000-3358551-23
