PennyCard Service

To place low rate international call via mobile phone-to-phone, use PennyTel’s PennyCard. This pennicard service offers a rechargeable and prepaid account. Upon opening an account with PennyTel you will receive an email containing your PIN number. The PIN number is used for placing international calls using our access number. You can easily recharge your account online with any amount.
