uVOIPit review

uVOIPit is aother VOIP service that launched few weeks ago. uVoipit claims to have the cheapest call rates to over 100 countries. uVOIPit is a calling card service that state that there are no hidden fees. You pay for the time you talk. uVoipit calling rate to India – 1.6 cents/minute, Bangladesh at 2.7 cents/minute and Pakistan at 5 cents/minute. As with most voip service provider, you will have to buy some uVoipit credit before making the calls.

To call with UVoipit is to either make calls using access number (like a calling card) or make calls using SIP (configure X-lite or SIP). Please note that when making calls via SIP, you need not to put any prefix, like 00 or 0011 or + Directly call your destination number (viz 9198912XXXXX).

All it requires is a landline, mobile, or computer. Phone to Phone calls require the user to be in the United States as their service is only from the USA. PC to Phone calls can be connected from any country. There is a possibility that uVoipit might help with voip in UAE.

Voip Cuba is not cheap. Some service provider might charge abt a dollar per minute. uVoipit is one of the voip provider which is offering cheap voip calls to Cuba at 65 cents per minute.
