    i cannot access my phone even tho i get my account up it tells me i am not logged on can you help

    i do not really understand the question. remember that this is for pc to phone. try downloading and installing the latest software and try calling again. if still an issue contact their customer service http://voipcheap.com/en/customerserviceslogin.php
