Voipwise wants you to dump Skype

3rd Reminder 27 Sept 09
Attention Managing Director VOIPWise
On 2009.09.27 10.18.37 call from + 61262622200 to +92512253874 was made. The Voip timer clocked the duration of the call to 6.00 minutes. Please see the timing of 6 minutes under the heading History of the customer. Where as the charges for 7 minutes have been deducted. This is an UNFAIR practice. The fault lies with VOIP system in operation.
Please refund the over charges and also reply. It is disappinting to note that VOIP has not taken any action on the previous complaint mentioned below.

1. on 12 Sept 09.your system meter clocked 1 minute exactly when the call was disconnected. Please see the details under History. The charges were deducted for 2 minutes.
2. On 3 Sept 09,your system meter clocked 2 minutes when the call was disconnected. Please see the details under History. The charges were deducted for 3 minutes.
This is an illegal and dishonest practice that your customer are being over charged. Please repair your system to indicate the correct timing to the person who is paying charges. Please refund the amount and confirm
